Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flexo Physiotherapy Home Visit Service is committed to providing professional physiotherapy care with transparent policies.

Appointment Cancellation

Patients are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be considered as a completed session.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Incorrect payment made by the patient

  • Appointment cancelled by Flexo Physiotherapy and cannot be rescheduled

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed physiotherapy sessions

  • Missed appointments without prior notice

  • Patient discontinuation of treatment

  • Dissatisfaction related to treatment outcomes

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. If patients purchase physiotherapy session packages, refunds for unused sessions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
